Investigators quickly identified the suspects as 48-year-old Chris Lamar Cochran, 38-year-old Grace Elizabeth Amanda Johnson, and 48-year-old Leland Charles Lewis, all of Darlington.
Each is facing a slew of charges:
Cochran: kidnapping; first-degree assault; second-degree assault; false imprisonment;
- Johnson: first-degree assault; second-degree assault; false imprisonment;
- Lewis: false imprisonment; first-degree assault; second-degree assault; reckless endangerment.
The victim was flown to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for treatment, police said.
